I’ve been building AI agents, reinforcement learning environments, and the systems around them. At Proximal Labs, I built RL environments and the agents and techniques that generate them. My background spans hands-on staff engineering at Zepto, Tekion, and an early-stage startup, leading teams and taking B2B and B2C products from idea through delivery and growth. Now I’m building Compass, exploring motion graphics in stealth, and running a software agency.
I’m exploring my next engineering role and open to partnerships and collaborations.

Compass
A platform for research, experiments, and the work between them.
Compass brings together research engines, shared data infrastructure, Helmsman, and Structure Lab. Built independently, with a record of what we tried and what we learned.
Built reinforcement learning environments, the agents that generate them, and benchmarks for difficult engineering work at Proximal Labs. Contributor to FrontierSWE.
A rental operations platform connecting tenants, owners, field teams, and admins. Built around the handoffs that make real property operations complicated.
A Hetzner Kubernetes platform for products, agents, data, and durable workflows. GitOps deployments, private networking, shared services, and the operational lessons behind them.
A shared knowledge and skill platform across repositories and machines. MCP discovery, hybrid search, provenance, verification, and explicit relationships between entries.
An engineering case study in coordinating work, preserving state, and checking evidence. Eleven projects with thirteen tools, retained as private reference implementations.
Notes from the work.
Decisions, tradeoffs, and the parts that deserve a closer look.
I also run a software agency. It brings together the work I enjoy most: understanding a problem, designing the system, and building a product people can actually use.
Backend and platform engineering, AI systems, or a product that needs an engineering owner. Tell me what you’re building and where you need help.
I’m exploring a new way to turn an idea into a visual story. Motion graphics that help explain something, with room to shape the result instead of accepting the first render.
It’s early, it’s in stealth, and it’s what I’m thinking about most right now.
My dad bought me my first computer when I was in UKG, the last year of kindergarten. I’ve been interested in computers ever since. Gaming was a big part of what drew me in.
I started coding in college. That curiosity has stayed with me, through backend engineering, AI research infrastructure, and now building products of my own.
The experience behind the work.
From production backends to the environments where AI learns.
